What To Expect
Please arrive 5 minutes early. Wear loose athletic attire (shorts and a t-shirt are what most clients wear). Each bodywork session can include various modalities to achieve an optimal outcome. You can experience some combination of: stretch therapy, deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, Graston therapy, ice therapy, and kinesiology taping.
We wrap up each session with home work to help maintain the effects of the massage and promote optimal moment patterns.
2024 Pricing Update (11/20/2024)
50 minute session - $95.00
I will do a 30 minute session ($50) for some quick spot work and kinesiology taping. The 30 minute option is not on the service menu at this time. Please text me (801-920-0813) or call to make arraignments for this option.
