Does Hatch Sports Therapy Accept Insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance. You can use your HSA card.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?

Cash, credit card, Venmo (@hatchsportstherapy), HSA card or Apple Pay.

How Do I Cancel An Appointment?

When you set up an appointment you’ll receive a text message confirmation and an email confirmation (if you set up an account). please refer to the original text or email for that appointment date and follow the instructions for cancelling.

If you cannot find the original text or email for your appointment please call or text at 801-920-0813.

Please allow 48 hours notice to cancel.

Where Is Hatch Sports Therapy?

We are locate at:

South Ogden, UT 84403

The building is called the "White House".

PARKING

Enter through the gate and turn right. Park on the south side of the building (close to the Catholic Church).

BUILDING ENTRANCE

Walk around to the West side of the building where you'll find the main entrance under the large awning. Use the right hand door.

STUDIO

My space is on the main floor in suite #205. After entering the main doors you'll see the main grand stairs. Walk past the stairs to the left side and then you'll see my space on the left just before the kitchen.

WAITING

I ask that you not enter the studio until I finish up with the client that is before you. Have a seat at the table outside my studio space. There are bathrooms just outside the studio as well.

What Do I Wear To My Appointment?

Bodywork - Shorts, t-shirt, and for women please wear a sports bra with a racer back and narrow shoulder straps.

Stretch Therapy - Shorts and a t-shirt. Sweat pants and a hoodie during the colder months

Do I Have To Remove My Cloths For BodyWork?

Nope. We encourage you to wear shorts and a t-shirt. Sometimes to better access the back muscles we will ask you to remove your t-shirt but will cover you up and only expose the body part that is being worked on.

Do I Need To Shower Before My Appointment?

You don't need to necessarily shower right before your massage, but do we ask that you come to your appointments clean!

I’m Not Feeling Well, Should I Still Come In?

Do not come in!

A massage will likely just make you feel worse. If you are sick, you may get your therapist sick and pass it on to other clients that day. Even if you are giving less than a 24 hour notice, we prefer you reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell.

Are Walk-ins And Same Day Appointments Available?

Walkin-ins are not welcome. If you need same day treatment please text me,
