Pricing
Straightforward Pricing. No Modality Guesswork.
At Hatch Sports Therapy, pricing is based on session time, not the specific techniques used during your appointment.
That means you do not have to choose between deep tissue therapy, sports massage, stretch therapy, cupping, Graston/IASTM, kinesiology taping, or mobility work before you walk in the door. Your session is built around what your body needs that day.
Some clients need focused work on one stubborn area. Others need a full-session approach that looks at how the hips, back, shoulders, neck, or legs are working together. The price stays tied to the length of your appointment, not a list of add-ons.
25-Min Focus Session
$50
Best for a specific area that needs direct attention. This can work well for neck tension, calves, hips, shoulders, jaw tension, or a quick recovery session between bigger training days.
50-Min Massage
$100
A good fit for most clients. This session gives enough time to assess what is going on, work through one or two main areas, and include the right mix of hands-on therapy, mobility work, and simple take-home guidance.
80-Min Massage
$150
Best for more involved work, multiple regions, or athletes and active adults who need a deeper reset. This gives more room to connect the dots between areas like the low back, hips, legs, shoulders, neck, or posture patterns.
What May Be Included
Your session may include one or several therapy methods, depending on your goals, movement patterns, and how your body responds during the appointment.
Common techniques may include:
Deep tissue therapy, sports massage, assisted stretching, cupping therapy, Graston/IASTM, kinesiology taping, mobility work, and simple home-care recommendations.
You are not charged extra because one technique is used instead of another.
Why Pricing Is Time-Based
Most people do not know exactly what technique they need before a session begins. You may book because your shoulder hurts, your calves feel tight, your low back keeps flaring up, or your body feels beat up from training, work, or life.
The better question is not, “Which modality should I choose?”
The better question is, “What does my body need today, and how much time do we need to work with it well?”
That is why Hatch Sports Therapy keeps pricing simple. Book the amount of time that fits your needs, and the session will be shaped around you.
Which Session Should You Book?
If you are dealing with one small area, a 25-minute session may be enough.
If this is your first appointment, or you have more than one area that needs attention, the 50-minute session is usually the best starting point.
If you are managing a more complex issue, training heavily, recovering from a hard event, or want a more complete session, the 80-minute option gives us the most room to work.
Built for Active Adults in Northern Utah
Hatch Sports Therapy works with runners, cyclists, skiers, snowboarders, golfers, pickleball players, lifters, weekend warriors, desk-bound professionals, and active adults who want to keep moving well.
You do not need to be injured to book. You do not need to be training for a race. You just need a body that is asking for better attention than a quick rubdown can offer.
